We ship throughout Italy and worldwide using BRT (Italy), DPD Local (Europe), and for countries outside Europe, the first available courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS).

For shipments to non-EU countries and BREXIT, import duties are the responsibility of the customer. In case of strikes or other unforeseen events, we may ship using alternative couriers.

It is essential to provide a correct email address and telephone number when placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the address and contact information provided by the customer.

If the courier is unable to find anyone at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made, after which the package will be held in storage.

For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, if there is no one available during the second delivery attempt, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

DELIVERY TIMES:

In Italy, we ship within 1-3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Islands, remote areas, and locations with limited service may require delivery within 3-5 working days.

For international shipments (worldwide), we ship within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

WAVES SRLS is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks or force majeure. No claims for delays or damages related to the merchandise will be accepted.

During national holidays, shipments may take longer.

WAVES SRLS reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RETURNS:

It is possible to request a return for any product purchased within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

To proceed, it is necessary to contact us via email or write to our Customer Service on the dedicated 'CONTACT US' page.

At that point, you will receive an email with all the details to proceed.

The shipping costs for the returned product are the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise the right of return, the items must be shipped in their original conditions, with intact labels, tags, and warranty seals, and with careful packaging.

After confirming the return, the items must be returned via courier to the following address:

The refund will be issued for the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the return at our distribution center.

SIZE/DESIGN EXCHANGES:

It is possible to request a size or design exchange for the same item purchased within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. It is not possible to exchange with a different item than the one purchased.

To proceed, it is necessary to contact us via email or write to our Customer Service on the dedicated 'CONTACT US' page.

After confirming the exchange, we will arrange for the package to be picked up by the courier. You will receive an email from the courier with all the details.

To proceed with the exchange, the items must be shipped in their original conditions, with intact labels, tags, and warranty seals, and with careful packaging.

You only need to securely seal the package and handit over to the courier, who will apply the label.

It is necessary to be present at the indicated address. In case of failure to pick up the package, it will not be possible to schedule another pickup. In case of failure to pick up on the first attempt, shipping and related costs will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FROM ABROAD:

The return shipping costs outside of Italy are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are only possible within Italy. For orders placed outside the European Union, due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange items, in accordance with article 59 of Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005, and subsequent amendments (so-called "Consumer Code").
